I was called out to your home for an air conditioning system not working. You explained to me that the unit isn’t running. During my evaluation I determined that the air conditioning system has a dirty evaporator coil and blower motor that restricts airflow the unit also has a rusted out capacitor. I also went through the entire system while I had everything already open and did a complete system evaluation and discovered some potential issues and determined that you would benefit from some system improvements due to the age of the system and for the sake of your family’s health, safety and well being in mind. Today when I came into your unit you explained to me the situation you are having with trying to get your apartment insured by all state. They found you had a double tap on one of your breakers and that had to be fixed. So today we went with the “GOOD†option and got that fixed and electrically she once again. Hello! Thank you for choosing Kings electric and a/c for your service needs. Today we were called out because the doors in your business weren’t opening up automatically anymore. However I also opened up your electrical panel that controls the circuits for your doors and I saw that you have no protection at all for The breakers that control the doors. That could be a critical issue for you in the future if you don’t have any protection for it. After trouble shooting the doors, I came to the conclusion that power is reaching to the doors, but the issue is with the transformers that are welded on to the mother board of the automatic door devices. I recommended to the manager to call a company that specifies in automatic doors, and to put the surge protectors for your breakers so nothing can harm the doors again once fixed. Today you selected to go with the better option which includes (2) surge protectors for both breakers and also a (2) year warranty on those surge protectors. If y
